摘要 通过沥青基本性能测试及荧光显微镜微观分析研究了聚合物SBS改性沥青的性能。结果表明:当SBS含量小于4%时,改性剂粒子以球形均匀的分布于沥青中并且改性剂粒子之间没有相互连接,SBS含量达到6%时改性剂出现了“互穿网络”结构。SBS的加入使得沥青的软化点升高,针入度降低,低温延度和温度敏感系数提高;但随着SBS含量的增大,改性沥青储存稳定性变差,软化点差在SBS含量3%时就达20℃以上,远远不能达到规范要求的标准。 In this paper,SBS polymer modified asphalt was investig at ed through base performance testing、DSR and fluorescent microscope.The results show that modified particle in the asphalt is globular and well distributed whe n the content of SBS less than 4%.There are interpenetrating polymer networks in the asphalt when the content of SBS reach 6%.Along with the SBS addition,the s oftening point、low temperature ductility and the temperature-sensitivity coeffi cient was elevated,the penetration was reduced.But along with content of SBS i ncreased,the storage stability of modified asphalt get worse.The D-value of so ftening point reach 20℃ when the content of SBS is 3%.It is not accord the stan dard.
