摘要
《应对气候变化的规划——对更好实践的建议》是近年来英国政府对于规划领域的一项重要的指导性文件,本文对其产生背景和主要内容进行了介绍与评价,并结合国内规划领域的实际情况,从技术和机制两个层面论述了英国经验对于国内规划的借鉴意义。
The Planning Response to Cli- mate Change Advice on Better Practice is a very important planning guideline issued by UK government in 2004. The article re- views the background and contains of this guideline at first. Then it discussed what Chinese planners could learn from UK’s experience from the aspects of technique and mechanism based on the planning practice of China.
