本文提出了加快市域“1966”城乡规划体系建设的总体目标、基本方针以及基本思路,并从规划管理、土地利用、基础设施和公共服务设施建设以及财力支持等方面,对加快“1966”城乡规划体系建设提出了相应的政策建议。

This article proposes the overall goal,the basic policy and the basic mental- ity on speeding up construction of“1966”city and countryside plan system and put forward the corresponding policy proposal to speed up construction on“1966”city and countryside plan system from plan management,land utilization,construction of foundational and public service facility and financial resource support.
