摘要分析传统城市基础设施工程规划方法的不足,基于可持续发展观,将环境承载力分析、资源消耗指标科学制定融入城市基础设施工程规划制定过程,并考虑对生态工程技术方法的应用,形成对城市基础设施工程规划建设的可持续发展思考。 Analysis on the disadvantages of the traditional city infrastructure works planning method. It is based on the sus-tainable development view carrying the environmental bearing capacity analysis,the scientific formulation of the resource consumption index into the formulation pro-cess of the city infrastructure planning,and on the consideration of application for eco-logical engineering technical method,thus forming the thought on sustainable devel-opment regarding the city infrastructure planning and construction.
