摘要
本文结合煤矿企业在成本控制上普遍存在的问题,在作业管理、价值链和人力理论的基础上建立了煤矿成本控制系统。通过价值链分析确定增值作业,建立各种体系,以此来保证煤矿成本控制系统的有效性。
By integrating with the questions on cost control in coal mine.This paper constructs the cost control system of coal mine based on task management、value chain and person resource.By analyzing the value chain to ascertain increment task to construct system of many kinds in order to assure system's validity.
