大学是以教师为主体的社会组织,是以人才培养、科学研究为己任,大学教师的工作具有自主性和创造性的特点,科研考核要根据大学的本质属性和教师的劳动特点,依据现实与未来相结合、激励与保护相结合、定量与定性相结合、可操作性等原则对科研进行评价与考核。

The University is social organization that teacher is main body in university,it main goal is science researching and student developing,the labor of teacher has feature of independence and creative,evaluate for science of researching must be according to character of university and teacher's labor,must take consideration of connect of reality and future,inspire and protect,evaluate of quality and quantity,apply to evaluation of scientific research in university.
