海洋科学的学科结构和发展对策

Disciplinary structure and developing countermeasures of ocean science

20世纪70年代以来,在传统上一直隶属于自然科学的海洋科学,由于一系列具有哲学社会科学属性的分支学科的先后萌生和进入草创时期,逐渐具备了演进成为一个介于数学、自然科学与哲学、社会科学之间的交叉科学学科门类的基本条件。在今后一个相当长的历史时期,海洋科学需要实施三项基本发展对策:集聚研究力量,加快基础核心学科——普通海洋学的创建;周边发散,促进更多边缘分支学科的生成;培育人才,为海洋科学研究输送一批具有哲学社会科学背景的新生研究力量,推进海洋科学作为交叉科学学科门类的整体性均衡发展。

As a series of branch disciplines of philosophical and social sciences have come into being or got into an innovative period ever since 1970s,the ocean science,which traditionally belongs to natural sciences,has gradually acquired the basics to evolve to a disciplinary sub-section of intersecting sciences among mathematics,natural sciences and philosophical & social sciences.In a considerably long period of the future,the ocean science is supposed to keep three fundamental developing countermeasures as follows: first,to accumulate research power, and prompt the founding of the basic core discipline — general ocean science;second,to disperse surrounding and promote the birth of more frontier science disciplines;third,to educate intellectuals so as to provide a bunch of philosophical & social sciences-based research power for the ocean science,and propel the wholly balancing development of this disciplinary sub-section of intersecting sciences.
