摘要
文章探讨了员工绩效的定义,并在此基础上开发出一个矢量分析模型,对员工绩效进行矢量和图形处理,使绩效结论不再是简单的数值得分,而是兼有数值和方向的、在矢量空间内分布的矢量点。更有利于对员工绩效进行评价,对员工进行分类,并指导绩效改进。
Based on the discussion of the definition of the employee performance,the authors have developed a vector model to analyze the performance of the employee in a vectorial and geometric form,which makes the conclusions of performance appraisal not the simple numerical value scores,and they can distribute in a vectorial space and combine with numerical values and directions.Using this kind of analysis model,it is convenient to appraise the employee performance,classify the entire employees and direct the performance improvement.
