Reflection on the academic team's innovation ability and its management

学术创新是学术团队生存与发展的活力基础,也是团队成员学术生命价值的最重要体现。文章指出学术团队创新能力的核心是团队整体的创造力,是有创造力的团队成员通过群体互动形成的一种融含了个人创造力在内的、其功效远远大于个体创造力的团队整体学术探究能力,这种创新能力的形成和发展要受到团队管理者的领导风格、团队特性、团队目标与团队氛围等因素的制约和影响。这些理念应当成为学术团队创新能力管理的重要依据。

The academic innovation is not only the active basis of the academic team's existence and develop-ment,but also the most important embodiment of the team members' academic life value.This paper points out that the key of the academic team's innovation ability is the creativity of the whole team.This creative ability of the whole team is from the team members by the team dynamic that includes the individual creativity,but much more effective than it.The formation and the development of the innovation ability are restricted and influenced by the factors including the styles of the leaders,the characteristics of the group,the aim of the team and the atmospheric environment of the team and so on.These opinions mentioned in this paper should become the main basis of the management of the academic team's innovation ability.
