摘要
提升教师胜任力是高职高专院校迫在眉睫的任务。本文认为高职高专教师应具备“双重”的概念胜任力、技术胜任力、整合胜任力和职业市场力,并提出提升高职高专教师用途力的途径。
It is an urgent task to upgrade teachers' competency in vocational and technical college.This paper proposes the significance of concept,technology,integration and career market competency and the ways to upgrade vocational and technical college teachers' purpose competency.
