本文试图从我国在参与经济全球化的过程中,提出如何正确把握国家经济的安全、涵义及其重要性,辨证地研究和探讨经济全球化给我国经济发展所带来的历史发展机遇及面临的挑战,趋利避害,扬长避短,采取相应的对策,不断增强我国的综合国力,不仅不会危及我国的经济安全,相反,有助于提高我国经济安全度,更好地促进我国现代化第三步战略目标的实现。

From the angle of grasping the importance and meaning of the state economic safety correctly in the process of participating in the economic globalization,the writer is trying to research and probe into dialectically the historic opportunities for development and the challenges with the globalization.We will take the relevant strategy by following the benefit and avoiding the damage and developing the advantages for strengthening our comprehensive state strength continuously and ensuring our economic safety to reach the goal in realizing the third-phase strategic aim of our modernizations.
