摘要
21世纪科技日新月异,内外环境变迁极为迅速。企业处处受到了内外环境急剧变迁的冲击,即使历史悠久、经营卓著、市场占有率高、获得率高的企业,也不意味着就不会发生危机,也不能保证遇到危机时能有成功的危机处理。因此抓住初露端倪的危机现象,把问题解决于萌芽之中,协调全局的各种资源,提升危机处理中的企划力与行动力,变危机为良机,是企业立于不败之地的根本!
With the rapid development of technology during the 21st century,environment is changing extremely fast.It is not necessarily mean that enterprises with long history and outstanding management won't have crisis,successful solution to enterprise crisis can be guaranteed.Therefore,we should solve problems at the very beginning of a crisis,improve business scheme and action,switch from crisis to opportunity,which are essential for enterprises in invincible positon.
