论高校院(系)教学秘书工作的定位及功能

On the position and the Functions of the Secretary Work in the University Teaching Affairs

高校教学秘书是高等教学管理的基层岗位,因其工作性质及工作特点,决定了教学秘书队伍建设的重要性。本文对目前高等学校教学秘书队伍存在的主要问题及原因进行了分析,论述了高校教学秘书的定位与功能,并提出相关对策建议。

The secretary work in teaching affairs takes the first step in the university management.The requirements for the quality of the secretaries has determined the important role in the management of the university.This paper not only analyses the current problems and reasons existing in the secretary team but also discusses on its orientation and functions and puts forwards the counter plans and suggestions.
