Unemployment is a global problem in many countries.After a long period of practice,some countries have taken effective measures,and an unemployment insurance system and re-employment in the settlement of the unemployed has been successfully established.By a means of comparative analysis,the article focuses on the unemployment insurance system and the establishment of the development process,the scope of application,the main operation,standards of treatment,payment deadlines and financing aspects in Sweden,and tries to figure out that what we can learn from Sweden to improve our system of unemployment insurance according to our own practical situation.
