论“双师型”教师在教学中的地位和作用

双师型教师在大专层次的教育中将占愈加重要的比重。但是许多学校仅把这一权重值作为应对高校评估的指标来完成,未能从根本上认清双师型教师在教学中的地位和真实作用。本文试图就此问题进行探讨,说明双师型教师在高职高专教育发展过程中,在市场经济对人才培养的要求下应发挥的重要意义和特殊作用。鼓励教师获取真正双师资格并建立起有效的监管与评价机制。
