企业网络作为一种新型的产业组织形式,凭借其特有的优势在世界范围内得到迅速的发展。本文从企业组织合作范式的演进出发探究了企业网络的形成,时企业网络的基本模式和若干相关概念进行了梳理,进而分析了企业网络模式选择的约束条件,在此基础上对企业网络模式的效率边界问题进行探索。

As a new form of industrial organizations, inter - firm networks have been developing at a fast rate world - wide. Based on the evolution of co - operation patterns of industrial organizations, this paper attempts to explore the causes for the formation of inter -firm networks, identify the relevant concepts in this field, and analyze the constraints on the selection of inter - firm network patterns. It is hoped that this study can show deep insights to the efficiency of the newly developed form of industrial organizations.
