摘要
本文主要剖析酒店管理专业订单式教育涉及的三个利益相关者的利益所在。订单式教育可解决学生就业之“现实的震荡”问题,使其获得良好的职业生涯开端;稳定酒店员工队伍,降低人力资源成本;明晰高职院校办学定位,提升核心竞争力。
This article probes into the benefits order-education brings to the students, the hotel and the college. Order-ducation can deal with the reality concussion and give a good begin of career for the students. It also can stabilize the quality of staff and reduce the human resource cost at the same time. In additional, it can make the college market orientation and better the core competence.
