Practice and Thought on the Teaching under Supervision and Guidance Guidance in Open Education

教学督导是学校教学管理中的重要组成部分,对加强教学管理、保证教学质量、实现教学目标起着非常重要的作用。本文着重从教学督导的实践中总结分析了教学督导的督及导,并针对电大系统的特点提出完善教学督导工作要处理好的几个关系。

Teaching under supervision and guidance,being an important component in teaching management,plays an important role in reinforcing teaching management,teaching quality and fulfillment of teaching objectives.This paper analyses and summarizes the teaching under supervision and guidance based on practical practice.Points for attention are put forward for the purpose of improvement of teaching under supervision and guidance in RTVU.
