摘要
河北省应逐步在全省建立健全以农村最低生活保障、农村医疗保障、农村社会养老保险制度为主体,以农村五个保障服务网络为基础的农村社会保障制度。
Based on five social service networks, the social welfare system to be built in the rural areas of Hebei Province shall take guarantee of subsistence allowances, medical insurance and social pension insurance in rural areas as the backbone of welfare system.
