高校道德教育也必须与时俱进。首先要丰富德育内容,改进德育方式;强调德育实践性,提高学生的道德鉴别能力;德育管理可以与学生评先、奖励等现实利益挂钩,增加约束性;德育过程要强化教职员工的全员师德教育。

The ethic education in colleges and universities also have to advance with the times. So the content has to be enriched and the approaches have to be improved. Efforts shall be made to highlight the practical aspect of ethic education and to enhance students'ethic judgment. Ethic education management can link with students'actual benefits such as rewards and scholarships so as to increase the restriction of ethic education. Finally, during the process of ethic education all the faculty shall work hard to improve their own teaching ethics.
