本文在分析了目前普通高校教师队伍建设需解决的问题及建设高校师资队伍重要性的基础上,提出以科学发展观为指导,全面统筹高校教师人才的引进和培养工作,开创高校师资队伍建设新局面,就是要在教师人才的引进和培养方面有新的作为。

This article first analyzes the issues to be solved in the team construction of college teachers and the importance of building a competent team of college teachers. It argues that the introduction and cultivation of college teachers shall be guided by the concept of scientific development so that we can make some breakthrough in this work, which will help to create a new situation in this aspect.
