Preliminary Discussion of the Ideological and Political Work in Dormitories for College Students

公寓区是大学生成长、成人的重要场所。高校后勤社会化后,出现了服务功能增强、育人功能减弱的新情况,公寓区大学生思想政治工作出现了盲点。根据中发16号文件精神,本文结合实际工作,针对新形势、新情况就如何作好公寓区大学生思想政治工作,以及工作载体和途径做一些探讨。

Dormitories are an essential place for students'growth and development. However, after the logistic services realized independent operations, there have appeared some blind spots in the ideological and political work in dormitories for the service function of logistic sector has been strengthened while its talent - cultivation function has been weakened. In line with the spirit of No. 16 document from the Central Government, this paper by referring to practical experiences expounds how to do a good job under new background in the students'ideological and political work as well as discusses the carrier and approaches of such work.
