The Problem and Countermeasures in Chinese Corporate Ethic

中国企业在计划经济转型为社会主义市场经济过程中,带来了社会进步,但也带来了许多企业伦理问题。本文重点分析了经济转型中的企业伦理缺失、企业诚信缺失和环境污染三个伦理问题并提出了解决对策。

During the transition from planned economy to socialist market economy, Chinese companies have brought about social progress as well as some problems concerning corporate ethics. This paper focuses its analysis on the problems during the economic transition: lack of corporate ethic, lack of corporate faith and environmental pollution. Finally it proposed the countermeasures for these problems.
