美国为加强对非洲经贸、投资及合作关系,制定和实施了《非洲增长与机遇法案》(简称AGOA),对撒哈拉以南黑非洲国家纺织服装出口美国,赋予了历史上空前的优惠条件。文章就此深入分析了河北省业内企业在东非三国投资创业的机会与可能。
To strengthen US-Africa cooperation in economy, trade and investment, the United States designed and implemented the African Growth and Opportunity Act (AGOA) and offered more favorable terms than ever before for imports of textiles and garment from beneficiary Sub-Saharan African countries. This paper thoroughly analyzes the business opportunities and prospects for Hebei's enterprises in the three countries in East Africa.
