摘要
1989年国家教委颁发了关于《全国学校艺术教育总体规划》,使艺术教育发生了重大的变化,高校音乐教学如何在教学过程中体现素质教育的本质、如何在全面素质教育中发挥其育人功能,已成为摆在我们面前的重要课题。
Great changes have taken place in art education when in 1989 National Education Commission issued General Programme of Art Education for National Schools. It is an important task to for us to think about how express the essence of all-around development in teaching process and how to bring the nurturing function of music education into full play in all around development.
