摘要 目的探讨酸性成纤维细胞生长因子(aFGF)与组织创伤修复的关系。方法运用NS-FⅡ型多功能光谱治疗仪器建立微波灼伤动物模型,分别用RT -PCR法和免疫组织化学方法检测创面组织中内源性aFGF基因表达。结果伤后12h创面皮肤组织中aFGF基因表达增加,并于伤后48h达高峰,伤后96h表达逐渐减少。结论组织损伤后内源性的aFGF mRNA表达具有可逆性,且其表达强度变化与组织损伤修复过程是一致的。 Objective To study the relationship between acid fibroblast growth factor (aFGF) and repair in trauma. Methods A burned - wounded animal model was establish by NS - FⅡ multifunction spectrum therapeutics equipment, and reverse transcriptase -polymerase chain reaction (RT - PCR) and immunohistochemistry assay were applied to measure the expression levels of endogenous aFGF mRNA. Results The expression level of endogenous aFGF mRNA was significantly increased 48 hours after wound - burned compared to 12 hours, and it decreased 96 hours after wound - burned. Conclusion The expression of endogenous aFGF mRNA is reversible after wound - burned, and the dynamic of expression intensity accords with the recovery process of tissue damage.
