Th1、Th2样细胞因子在干燥综合征模型小鼠颌下腺组织中mRNA表达的研究

Study on Th1、Th2 like cytokines of submandibular gland of sjogren's syndrome model mice

目的研究Th1样细胞因子IL-2、IFN-γ及Th2样细胞因子IL-4、IL-6在干燥综合征模型小鼠发病机制中的作用及其临床意义。方法采用逆转录-聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)方法检测干燥综合征模型小鼠颌下腺组织中IL-2、IFN-γ、IL-4和IL-6的mRNA表达水平。结果模型组小鼠颌下腺中IL-2、IFN-γ和IL-6的mRNA转录水平均比正常组明显增高,IL-4的mRNA转录水平在各组之间无明显差异。结论本实验所建立的SS模型小鼠颌下腺中以Th1细胞浸润为主,IL-6作为促炎因子发挥致病作用。

The functions of Th1 like eytokines(IL-2,IFN-γ)and Th2 like cytokines(IL-4,IL-6) causing pathological changes in Sjogren's syndrome (SS) model mice were researched in this paper. RT-PCR method was used to analyze the mRNA levels of IL-2, IFN-γ,IL-4 and IL-6 in the submandibular glands (SMG) of mice. The results showed that the mRNA levels of IL-2, IFN-γ and IL-6 in the SUG of SS model mice were higher than those of normal mice, while little IL-4 expression was detected. There was no significant difference in all three groups of animals (P>0.05). It can be concluded that Th1 lymphocytes were the main infiltrating cells in the SMG of SS model mice, and IL-6 played an important role as an inflammation factor.
