黄连、水蛭、莱菔子对高血压胰岛素抵抗模型大鼠肝细胞膜胰岛素受体的影响

目的观察中药黄连、水蛭、莱菔子对高血压胰岛素抵抗模型大鼠肝细胞膜胰岛素受体的影响。方法采用高糖高盐膳食及L-NAME制作大鼠高血压胰岛素抵抗模型,用梯度离心法分离肝细胞膜,检测其胰岛素受体的亲和力(K1、R1、K2、R2),并与依那普利阳性对照。结果上述三药对肝细胞膜胰岛素受体的亲和力及结合容量有一定改善作用;结论解毒、祛瘀、化痰法分别对胰岛素抵抗所形成的病理状态有改善作用。

Objectiv To observe the effects of some traditional Chinese medical herbs such as Coptidis Rhizoma, Hirudo seu Whitmania, Raphani Semen on the receptor of hepatic membrane from the model of hypertensive insulin resistance rats. Methods The model were induced by hyper-saccharu ,hypersalt feeding and L-NAME,and the hepatocyte membrane were separated by gradient centrifugation. The insulin combining capacities high-affinity-constant(K1), high-binding-capacity(R1),low-affinity-constant(K2) and low-binding-capacity(R2) were tested and compared with the positive control group Enalapril.Results The herbs could ameliorate the function of insulin's combining with the receptor on hepatocyte membrane.Conclusion To promote Blood circulation,to remove Phlegm Turbidity and to relieve internal toxin may be effective in ameliorating the pathologic insulin resistance state.
