摘要
“知人”是中国古代重视人才鉴别与选用的体现。“知人”作为一种思想它蕴涵着现代心理测量的理论基础,作为一种实践活动它与现代心理测量有着相似的内容框架,作为一种技术它为现代心理测量提供了方法与手段的基本范式。
“recognition and selection of qualified personnel”is a reflection of valuing the distinction and selection of qualified person- nel in ancient China.As an idea,it contains theoretical basis of modern psychological measurement;as a practical activities,it has the similar frame of content with modern psychological measurement;as a technology,it provides a basic model of methods for modern psychological measurement.
