论中国收入分配制度变迁中存在的问题

Problems Existing in the Transition of Income Distribution System of China

自新中国成立以来,我国的收入分配制度发生了历史性的变迁,从吃大锅饭,到按劳分配,到按生产要素分配,分配制度越来越适应我国的现实。但作为如今十分重要的生产要素———人力资本并没有普遍地获得其收益权利。在我国收入分配制度变迁的过程中出现了许多问题。因此,我国的收入分配制度还有待于进一步完善。

Since the foundation of People's Republic of China,the income distribution system of our country has gone through historical changes,from the egalitarian practice of 'everybody eating from the same big pot',to distribution according to one's performance,to distribution according to production factors,which becomes more and more adapted to the reality of our country.But manpower capital,as a very important production factor,has not obtained its right to benefit in a general term and there appear many problems.Therefore the income distribution system of our country still remains to be perfected.
