摘要
伯尔曼的《法律与宗教》是法伦理学的经典文本。社会文化心理与习惯置换了人们对法律的信仰,要树立“法信天下”的理想状态,就要发现并宣扬法律本身就具有的信仰生命。
The writer considers Berman's The Interaction of Law and Religion a classical text of ethnics of laws.Because the psychology and habit of social culture have replaced people's belief in laws,to establish the ideal state of 'laws enjoying the trust of the people',it is necessary to discover and publicize the life of belief owned by laws.
