摘要
面对当前高等教育大众化的新形势,就业指导应突破传统的“季节性促销”模式,坚持“以人为本”理念,以“发展性生涯辅导”模式做好大学生职业生涯设计的指导,同时又在就业指导的对象、内容、形式、途径和发展目标等诸多内容上进行调整、创新,培养学生可持续发展的终身就业能力。
As higher education is going popularized,employment guidance should break through the 'seasonal campaign' style and set up a 'human-centered' mode that provides assistance in the life-long development and career design for college graduates.Adjustments should be made as to the receiver of the assistance,the content and form of the assistance,the channel of assistance and the goal of assistance so that students' lifelong sustainable ability of employment is enhanced.
