在全球环境危机和自然科学研究的推动下,当代人类的伦理价值观正在从“人类利益中心主义”向“生态利益中心主义”的方向转变。而在这种环境理念的指导下,现代环境立法必然应将这种环境理念吸收运用,从而以法的形式确定环境及生态系统与人类的相互平等、共生以及协调的关系,实现可持续发展。

With global environment worsening and scientific development,modern ethics is shifting its center from 'human interests' to 'ecological interests'.This will inevitably make its way into the laws for environment and thus establish and legalize the equal,co-existing,and coordinated relationship between man and his environment to ensure sustainable development.
