摘要
教育实习要以教师专业化理想和实践性教学反思为指导理念,要从教育实习的指导思想、内容设计和实践教学实施等方面整体考虑。
Teaching practice should be an important part of professional development.Reflection on teaching should be a guiding method.Adequate considerations should be given to the guidelines,the design of class,and practical classroom teaching.
