摘要
对分离自烤烟叶面的微生物菌株D1、D2、D3、D4进行固体发酵培养,在发酵产物中提取到对烤烟烟叶碳水化合物有针对性作用的酶.使用这4种酶对玉溪烤烟(B2F、C2F和X2F按1∶1∶1混合)烟叶进行处理.分析结果显示,经酶制剂处理后,烟叶的还原糖质量上升了4.39-22.38%,纤维素下降4.39-22.38%,木质素下降4.39-22.38%,果胶下降4.39-22.38%.评吸结果表明,使用该酶制剂处理上部烟叶能增加香气,改善吸味,抑制刺激,使烟叶的使用性能有显著提升.
The strains D1,D2,D3,D4 isolated from the surface of the tobacco leaves were cultivated by solid-state fermentation and the enzymes distilled from the fermentation metabolites had the pertinence effects on the carbohydrate of the tobacco leaves.The Yuxi tobacco(mixed with B2F,C2F and X2F in the proportion of 1∶1∶1) leaves were treated with the four kinds of enzymes.The results showed that the quality of the tobacco leaves had been improved,with the sugar being increased to 4.39~22.38%,the cellulose,lignin and pectin decreased to 4.39~22.38% after treatment.
