摘要
采用光敏化合物微生物法对木蝴蝶提取物的抗氧化性能进行了研究,用ESR检测了木蝴蝶提取物对香烟烟气自由基的清除效果.结果表明:木蝴蝶提取物对单线态1O2自由基和混合氧自由基的清除率分别为17.6-67.9%和11.8-53.6%,对香烟烟气气相、粒相自由基的清除率分别为29.2%和12.4%.木蝴蝶提取物有较强的抗氧化性能,对香烟烟气自由基有一定的清除作用.
The antioxidation activity of Oroxylurm Indicum(L) vent was studied by photosensitized compound microbe method.The effects of reducing free radical in cigarette smoke were tested by ESR method.The result shows that Oroxylurm Indicum(L) vent has satisfactory antioxydation activeness and can reduce free radicals from the smoke of cigarette effectively.The scavenging percentage of Oroxylurm Indicum(L) vent to 1O2 free radical,mix-oxygen free radical,gas free radical and solid free radical in cigarette smoke are 17.6~67.9%,11.8~53.6%,29.2% and 12.4% respectively.
