《法律的道德批判》是法伦理学的开拓性著作之一,它从法律存在的前提、法律中的正义、具有道德岐义的现实问题等三个方面对法进行了批判性的反思,沟通了伦理学与法学,为理论科学的实际运用树立了典范。
Moral Criticism of Laws is a pioneering work in legal ethic studies.The monograph offers critical reflections on the premises of law,the justice in law and the actual moral ambiguities in law.The work sets a good example for applying ethics in law studies.
