摘要
介绍了从茶籽饼提取茶皂素的生产工艺,综述了茶皂素提取、纯化方法的研究进展情况,并对水提法、有机溶剂法、混合溶剂法进行了比较研究,论述了这些方法的利弊.
This article introduces the production technology of tea saponin from tea seed cakes.It focuses on the research of extraction and purification of tea saponin.In this article,the authors compare the advantage and disadvantage of three ways of extracting tea saponin from tea seed cakes: the way to extract tea saponin with water as the solvent,the way with organic solvent and the way with mixed-solvent.With this comparison as a basis, the authors offer some proposals in this article in the end.
