On Cultivation of College Students' Healthy Personality

基于高等教育对大学生健康人格的形成具有重要作用,特从高校这一大环境出发探讨大学生健康人格的特征和标准,分析高校在人格培养中存在的种种不足,阐述目前大学生存在的严重的人格缺失,同时提出加强人格培养的五大对策。

Higher education plays an important role in the formation of college students' personalities.This paper focuses on the characteristics and the standard of healthy personality,analyzing various kinds of deficiencies in personality education and pointing out the serious lack of personality among college students.It puts forward that educational authority should cultivate the students' healthy personality in the following five aspects.
