广东省有丰富的滩涂资源,加强我省滩涂管理,有效保护和科学开发、利用滩涂,对构建和谐广东具有十分重要的战略意义。对此就树立和落实可持续发展观、统筹规划、协同管理、法规建设、生态建设、动态监测评价体系等方面简述认识。

Guangdong Province has rich shallow seas and tidelands resources.Aiming to construct a harmonious Guangdong Province,it is of great strategic significance to strengthen our province shallow seas and tidelands management,to protect such areas effectively and to develop and make use of them scientifically.This article gives opinions on the sustainable development concept,the unified planning,the coordination management as well as the laws and regulations construction,the ecology construction and the dynamic monitor appraisal system.
