摘要
目的：评价急性脑梗死溶栓治疗与非溶栓治疗的疗效及经济成本。方法：运用药物经济学成本一效果分析法,对溶栓治疗与非溶栓治疗急性脑梗死的疗效及成本进行分析比较。结果：非溶栓治疗与应用降纤酶进行溶栓治疗的成本-效果比(C/E)分别为344.49、236.56。结论：用降纤酶治疗急性脑梗死的方案要优于非溶栓治疗方案。
Objective:To evaluate the effect and economic cost of throbUytic therapy in acute cerebral infraction patients.Methods:The effect and cost of two therapies were compared and analyzed with pharmacoeconomic cost-effectiveness analysis.Results:The ratio of cost and effect (C/E)of two therapies were 344.49 and 236.56 respectively.Conclusion: Throbllytic therapy with defibrase is superior to conservative therapy.
