70例青光眼住院患者用药合理性分析

Rationality Analysis of Medicine in Seventy Glaucoma Impatients

目的：了解青光眼患者住院用药状况,分析其用药合理性,为临床用药提出合理化建议。方法：随机抽取2004年1月～11 月青光眼科住院患者70名,对其住院期间用药进行全过程跟踪,最后进行系统性分析。结果：药物相互作用可能导致的潜在危险及特殊人群不规范用药是本次调查发现的主要不合理用药问题。结论：对于眼科中常用药品噻吗心安等β受体阻断剂的使用应进一步规范化；临床医师在使用药品时应注意药品的相互作用。

Objective:To investigate the situation of medical administraion of glaucoma impatients,analyse the rationality of medicine and put forth the reasonable suggestion for clinic.Methods:Seventy glaucoma cases from impatients during January to November,2004 were randomly selecled.To track the medical admistration processes in hospital and have a systemic analysis.Results:The core problem of unreasonable medicine adminstration in this research lay in potential danger induced by medicine interaction and unregular medicine adminstraion for special people.Conclusion:To further normalize the usage of beta-adrenergic receptor blocking agent,Timolo for example,the common medicine for ophthalmic department.The ophthalmologist should pay much attention to medicine interaction.
