HPLC Determination of Geniposide in Qingrejiedu Oral Liquid

目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定清热解毒口服液中栀子苷的含量。方法：采用 Thelmo C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)；以乙腈-水(10：90)为流动相；检测波长为238nm；流速为0.9mL/min；室温操作。结果：栀子苷在4.144μg/mL～41.44μg/mL 的范围内呈线性关系,r=0.9998,平均回收率为99.65%,RSD 为1.8%。结论：该法简便、准确可靠,可用于该药的质量控制。

Objective:To establish a method to determine geniposide in Qingrejiedu oral liquid by HPLC.Methods:The method was carried on a Thermo C18 column (250mm×4.6mm,5μm).The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water(10: 90).The detective wavelength was at 238nm.The flow rate was 0.9mL/min.Results:The calibration curve was linear in the range of 4.144μg/mL～41.44μg/mL (r=0:9998),The average recovery was 99.65%,with RSD 1.8%.Conclusion:This method is reliable and accurate,and can be used for quality control of the qingrejiedu oral liquid.
