我院口服降糖药使用现状调查与分析

Survey the actuality of using oral hypoglycemic drug in our hospital

目的:了解我院口服降糖药使用现状,为临床合理使用提供参考。方法:对2006年1月我院411例住院患者口服药物医嘱执行单中的降糖药的使用进行调查。结果:我院411例住院患者中有54人使用口服降糖药,占13.14%,其中60岁以上的老年患者有48人,占口服使用降糖药人数的88.89%。住院患者3种口服降糖药有同类药物重复使用现象,降糖药和其他多种药物相互作用有引发潜在不良反应的可能,口服降糖药使用时间应以药品使用说明书为参考依据。结论:老年住院患者是使用口服降糖药的主体,临床医师和药师必须给予密切关注,确保患者的用药安全、合理。

Objective:To realize the actuality of using oral hypoglycemic drug in our Hospital,and to provide reference standard for clinical rational use.Methods:411 in-patients in our hospital were investigated about the use of oral hypoglycemic drug in January 2006.Results:54 patients took oral hypoglycemic drug,the rate was 13.14%.48 patients with above 60 years old took oral hypoglycomic.The rate was 88.89% in all the people that took oral hypoglycemic drug.Some in-patients took three oral hypoglycemic drugs that pharmacological action were almost the same.Some adverse reactions were begot by hypoglycemic drug and other medicines that were taken simultaneity.Oral hypoglycemic drug's use time ought to complied the medicine direction.Conclusion:Using oral hypoglycemic drug's major patients were senile patients,Clinician and pharmacist must pay more attention to insure the medicine safe and justification when the patients took medicine.
