我院呼吸内科抗菌药物使用情况分析

Analysis of antibacterial drug use in respiratory medical of our hospital

目的:了解我院呼吸内科住院患者抗菌药物的使用情况。方法:调查呼吸内科2004年住院病历182份,对抗菌药物的使用率,使用种类,联合用药等进行分析。结果:患者抗菌药物的使用共涉及5类17种,人均使用抗菌药2.5种,患者最多使用过5种抗菌药,主要有5种不合理用药情况。结论:我院呼吸内科的抗菌药物使用存在一些问题,需进一步提高合理用药水平。

Objective:To investigate the antibacterial drugs use on in-patients in respiratory medical department.Methods:182 medical records of respiratory medical in 2004 had been investigated.The applied rate,kinds of antibacterial drugs,and combined drugs were analyzed.Results:The antibacterial drugs use of in-patients involved 5 sorts and 17 kinds.The average kinds of using antibacterial drugs on in-patients is 2.5.The most kinds of using antibacterial drugs on in-patients is 5.There are 5 major kinds of unreasonable application.Conclusion:There are still some problems in antibacterial drugs use on in-patients of our hospital.The level of using drug rationally should be further improved.
