7582条住院病人医嘱的合理用药与药物利用分析

Rational drug-used and drug utilization analysis of 7582 inpatient's drug-used orders

目的:分析住院病人药物利用情况,评估合理用药水平,提供临床合理用药参考。方法:抽取2004年1月￣4月定点科室全部住院病人的用药医嘱,共597例住院病人,7582条医嘱,应用“e药通”用药指南软件进行用药合理性监测分析和药物利用分析。结果:平均医嘱用药12.7种,涉及药物541种,药物按照类别出现频率排名依次为水、电解质平衡调节类(27.79%)、循环系统药物(14.32%)、维生素、矿物质、营养类(13.08%)、消化系统药物(7.73%)、抗感染药物(7.58%);医嘱中不合理用药发生率为4.55%;存在药物相互作用345例。结论:“e药通”系统软件包含药物信息较为丰富,软件功能切合实际工作需要,操作方便,用于合理用药监测,有助于提高用药质量,减少医疗事故的发生,但具体操作中仍需要药师给予主动分析。

Objective: To analyze the drug use of inpatients and estimate the rationality and provide reference for clinic drug-use. Method: 7582 drug-used orders in 597 cases history of inpatients were selected randomly in assigned departments from January to April in 2004. All orders were monitored and analyzed by 'e YaoTong'. Result: The average kind of drug-used was 12.7 and 541 kinds of drugs were used. According to the frequency of the drug using, the order of the drug category is drugs of balance regulating (27.79%)?drugs of circulatory system (14.32%)?drugs of vitamin and nutrition (13.08%)?drugs of digestive system (7.73%) and drugs of antimicrobial(7.58%). The unreasonable drug-used rate was 4.55% and there were 345 cases of drug interactions. Conclusion: There is plenty of information of drugs in 'e YaoTong'. It can improve the quality of the drug-use and reduce the accidents of medical treatment. But the pharmacists should still actively offer service to irrational pharmacotherapy.
