远红外蔬菜脱水机拨板机构的改进设计

摘要 针对现有远红外蔬菜脱水机存在的输送链板不能按时翻板落料这一问题,笔者对其拨板机构进行改进设计,并分析链板的换向、换位过程。试验证明,改进后的设备能够顺利地实现前、后链板的左右换位,保证了各链板拼接处均有“后压前”这一准确的位置关系,使翻板落料得以顺利进行,从而大大提高了设备的运转可靠性。
