摘要
目前,我国流通企业的竞争日异激烈,竞争的焦点也逐渐由价格竞争转向服务竞争,提高服务质量成为流通企业提高经济效益和市场竞争力的主要手段。越来越多的流通企业把提高服务质量的重点由制度管理转向了内部人员营销管理,本文分析流通企业实施内部人员营销的必要性和重要性,重点对现代流通企业如何从培训、激励、约束、沟通等四个方面全面加强内部人员营销管理工作进行了详细的讨论。
The competition in circulating enterprises becomes more and more furious now.the focus in competition are also turning from price competition to service competition and improving service quality becomes the main way to increase the economic benefit and the market competitive power of a enterprise.More and more circulating enterprises turn the keystone of improving service quality from institution management to inner personnel marketing management.This article analyzes the necessity and importance of putting inner personnel marketing management into practice and discusses in detail how to strengthen the inner personnel marketing management roundly through training,inspiriting,restricting and communicating.
