摘要
采用琼脂平板扩散法,从定性的角度对七叶皂苷纯化物的抗菌作用进行检测。结果表明,七叶皂苷纯化物对G-大肠杆菌无抑菌作用;对G+金黄色葡萄球菌有较强抑菌作用,且抑菌作用强度随药物浓度增加而增强。七叶皂苷纯化物与标准品的抑菌作用有差异。
Antibacterial experiments through agar diffusion test were done to observe bacteria in response to aescin stimulation from qualitative analysis angle.The authors found that compared with Gram-negative bacteria,the antibacterial action of Gram-positive bacteria was strong and with the aescins concentration increasing,the diameter of antibacterial circle increased.
