摘要
针对当前成教学籍档案管理存在的问题,重点从提高档案人员素质,强化管理手段,健全管理制度,加大审查力度,以用促管几方面论述搞好成教学籍档案管理的策略和方法。
Referring to the problems of file management of adult students' status in adult education, this paper expounds a few strategies and methods to strengthen the file management of adult students' status, such as heightening the qualities of file staff, reinforcing the means of management, developing the system of management, strengthening the intensity of check.
